Terms of service

Where we work

We collect and return in Oxford (OX postcodes). If you're outside our area you can sign up to hear when we arrive.

Booking

• You choose a two-hour collection window at least 16 hours ahead, and a return window at least 72 hours later.
• The minimum order is £20.00. Orders under £35.00 have a £3.95 collection fee, unless you're in Sundays Club.
• Please pack laundry in a closed bag, keep dry-clean-only items separate, and be available for your window or leave clear concierge or safe-place instructions.

Prices

• Item prices are locked when you book, and listed on your receipt.
• Wash & fold is priced by weight: each bag's price covers up to 5 kg, then £2.50 per extra kilogram. Your driver weighs the bag at your door and you get a photo of the scale in the app.
• If we find a stain, damage or something that needs extra work, we'll ask you before doing it: treat it, clean as normal, or send it back uncleaned and refund that item. You can set a small amount we may spend on treating marks without asking, in your care preferences.
• Prices include VAT where it applies.

Paying

• You pay 50% of your order when you book, by card through Stripe.
• You pay the balance after collection, once your bag has been weighed, including any extra kilograms or work you approved.
• You can tip your driver from when your order is on its way back until 7 days after delivery (up to £50.00). 100% of your tip goes to the driver who delivered your order.

Changes, cancellations and missed windows

• You can change your windows or cancel in the app until your collection window starts. After that, contact us.
• If you cancel before your collection window starts, we refund any deposit you've paid.
• If we can't collect or return because nobody was available and there were no instructions, we may charge a missed-slot fee of £15.00. If we miss your window, contact us and we'll arrange another one.
• The law gives you 14 days to cancel a service contract. By booking a collection within that time, you ask us to start straight away. If you cancel after we've started, you pay for the work already done.

Sundays Club

• Sundays Club: £5.99 a month, no collection fee on any order. Your first month is free if you've never been a member.
• Sundays Club Weekly: £12.00 a month, no collection fee, built around a weekly collection, plus 10% back as Club credit on dry cleaning, ironing and bedding once each order is paid in full.
• Club credit comes off your next booking automatically, up to half its cleaning price. It has no cash value and goes back to you if that booking is cancelled.
• Membership renews monthly until you cancel. You can switch plans, update your card or cancel at any time from your Account page.

Referrals

A friend who books with your code gets 20% off their first booking. You earn £15.00 once their first order is paid. Codes are for genuine friends; we may cancel rewards that aren't.

Damage, loss and claims

We look after your things carefully and record what we collect with photos, weights and an itemised receipt. If something is damaged or missing, tell us as soon as you can through Help in the app or at hello@getsundays.co.uk, with the order number, the item and what happened. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.

Your account

• Keep your login details safe and your contact details up to date.
• You can delete your account in the app at any time, once no order is in progress.
• We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse of our drivers or team.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one shown when you book.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute.
